Carolina Mountain Artists Guild, Inc.  (Incorporated March, 1998) is a group of local artists, living and working in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who operate their own non-profit craft shop in Hendersonville where they sell their handcrafted products.

Most monies from sales are returned to the artists, with the remaining monies being used to operate the shop.  No profits are kept in the Guild itself.

Our talented local artists provide wonderfully handcrafted and hand painted items.  They take turns working in the store and are more than happy to help you in choosing just the perfect item for your desires and needs.  Many of the artists demonstrate their talents while you shop.

Local artists may apply to the Guild for membership.  All work must be at least 80% handcrafted by the artist.  No less than three original items must be submitted with the application for jurying and approval.  New applicants' items are juried at least once per month.  More detailed information is available at the store or you may request further information on our Information Request Form  page.
