Elizabeth Lindsey of Hendersonville, North Carolina, is a Hendersonville native and long time painter and crafter.  She is well known in the area as The Lampshade Lady as her unique cut and pierced lampshades are her specialty.

Elizabeth also enjoys painting on many different surfaces, including wood, glass, slate, fabric, ceramics, and canvas.  She has been an instructor in the area for many years, stating, Introducing beginning students to the world of decorative painting and lampshade piercing has never lost its excitement for me.

After thirteen years of working craft shows, Elizabeth says she is thrilled to be a member of the Guild that allows her to have her items on display and for sale during the entire year.  She is also a charter member of the Guild and was instrumental in its formation.
