Darlene of Hendersonville, North Carolina started painting in 1985, with fellow crafters and teacher Elizabeth Lindsay, also a Carolina Mountain Artist Guild member. Over the years, Darlene has done a variety of paintings on different fabric, gourds and wood pieces. Now she concentrates her talents with fabric and paints to create wonderful children's themes on tables, chairs and desks. |
