Meet the Artists

Brenda & Bill Rogers

Brenda & Bill Rogers of E. Flat Rock, NC are self-taught leather crafters who create handbags, bracelets and other accessories for men and women.

The couple has traveled the Southeast for the last seven years doing motorcycle shows selling their craft. Their travel often took them through the Hendersonville area due to family and they fell in love with the beautiful mountains and liked the fact that Hendersonville is centrally located in the middle of the country and their travels from Florida to Pennsylvania and Branson, Mo. Finally, in 2006, they settled here from Daytona Beach, Fl.

Bill hand-cuts each bag and accessory from fine quality leather. Each piece is then hand laced together or hand sewn, sometimes on a machine. Brenda embellishes each piece with a variety of conchos, beads, jewels, and decorative rivets. Together they design and create unique items and also do custom work.

Every bag and accessory is a unique piece of useable or wearable art created with love and care to last a lifetime.
